Functional behavior assessment

Comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments completed to support students progress and behavior intervention plan development.

Districts can contract Sarah Colby Consulting, LLC to complete as few or as many FBAs as your district requires. Contracts available based on an hourly rate.

Behavioral observation

When a full FBA is not necessary but a student needs more support. Behavioral Observations include one to three observations of a student, teacher interview, and written report with recommendations. Data collection can be included by request.

Program Design

Evaluation, project planning, program consultation, and implementation services based on current needs. Sarah Colby Consulting, LLC will work with administration, teachers, and other stakeholders to build in district programming to meet your students current needs and forward planning for future students. Schools will receive support throughout the transition and process.
